About The Class

Suang Yang soft style, a type of Tai Chi is a Martial Art and Health exercise. The class is a stress free workout to better Health, strength and balance. You will practice slowly in flowing movements which are enhanced with breathing techniques.

Emphasis will be on correct postural alignment, correct breathing, core stability, balance and flexibility.
