 Training

Instructor Dennis Ngo of the Fujian White Crane Kung Fu & Tai Chi Martial Arts Club teaching his students on a beach in Crete

Were you on a beach in Crete on a Friday in July? Maybe you remember seeing this? And do you remember hearing, “Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanent. Proper practice makes perfect.”

Chief Instructor Dennis Ngo has explained this saying many times. We have discussed it in class, we have gone over it in training camps, he has brought it up in gradings. What do you remember hearing? What do you remember seeing? What did you feel when you were corrected?

Ready to practise now?
