White Lion Street is immediately opposite the entrance to Angel Tube Station, its entrance is between Pret-A-Manger and HSBC. Claremont Hall is approximately 150 metres up this street on the left hand side.

What am I going to learn?
This is where you learn to apply the techniques and combinations that you have learned in class against someone who is also trying to hit you, or you practice your techiniques at full-power against a pad.
So can anyone join in?
Complete beginners are always welcome. If you have not yet passed your first grading, or do not want to spar, you will do padwork.
