About The Class
If you're reading this you've already decided to start some training in Kung Fu and you probably just want to know if this class is for you. Well it is! but I understand you need to do the class first to be sure. So come along and join in and show me you're worth being an FWC student. A word of warning, there's a lot of yelling, looks of disappointment and immense pride in your progress. If you can get past that then you will be on your way to being quite a phenomenal martial artist or just very emotionally resilient.

Rail: - Stanmore station on the Jubilee Line is a 5-10 min walk to the hall. Buses: - The following buses all stop near the hall. 142: Watford Junction to Brent Cross, 340: Edgware Station to Harrow Bus Station, H12: Stanmore Station to South Harrow Bus Station, 615: Hatfield Business Park to Rayners Lane Station (Monday to Friday. Car: After 6.30pm and all day Sundays it is free to park in the slip roads as well as the Council car park at the back of the North side of The Broadway. The Sainsburys car park next door is free for 2 hours. (Glebe Road next to the hall has 24 hour parking restrictions.)
What am I going to learn?
Well you will learn I got one thing on my creative mind and that's bringing the very best out of your body. If you can put up with my artistic temperament and my endless practitioner-speak then you will learn to use your body to your best advantage. You will work on your functionality to acquire the trademark motion of Fujian White Crane Kung Fu and you will be pleasantly surprised you can do everything. Oh and there's a load of punching thrown in. After all it's a martial arts class.
