About The Class
This fun-filled class is aimed at bringing Kung Fu to children. The core Kung Fu tenets of discipline and focus are taught in an enjoyable and non-competitive enviroment.

Directions
From Hammersmith Station: Walk down King St for 5 minutes: Galena Road is (at this point) a cobbled alleyway on the right hand side after the Holiday Inn. If you reach the Salutation pub you have gone too far. Galena House is the large building on the left after you emerge from the cobbled alley, with our entrance mid-way along.
From Ravenscourt Park (District Line): On exiting the station turn right, then left down King Street. What am I going to learn?
Using the movements of Kung Fu the aim of this class is to give children a better sense of their own body and to bring some discipline to their mind.
So can anyone join in?
This class is for all children from 5 to 12. They will need to wear jogging bottoms and a t-shirt to their first class.
