So can anyone join in?
The classes are suitable for men and women alike, of all ages. Indeed, the White Crane System of Kung Fu was created by a woman, so doesn't require strength, just a willingness to learn. Classes are excellent for body conditioning, fitness and flexibility. Beginners are most welcome.
