Opened in January 2007, this club introduced Fujian White Crane Kung Fu to Twickenham, Richmond and the surrounding areas of Middlesex for the first time. Traditional martial arts classes are taught four nights a week - come along to reap immediate benefits in terms of health, strength, flexibility and stamina. Classes are suitable for those of any martial arts ability.
