Directions
As you exit Poplar DLR station, turn right on the walkway over the main road and go out of the north exit. Walk up the short hill towards Poplar high street and the Workhouse is the building you pass on your left, the entrance is from Poplar High Street.
What am I going to learn?
The principles of the White Crane System of Kung Fu are contained within its forms. During this class, you will practice the forms that you have learned at your own pace, and will be corrected by your instructor.
