What am I going to learn?
The basis of Kung Fu is the patterns that are sets of movements linked together to form a library of fighting techniques. Initially you will learn your foundation till you start the first pattern, i.e. the correct way to stand, and different techniques which can be used to defend or attack, employing your hands, feet and other parts of the body. These techniques are linked into combinations and practiced on your own or with a partner, until they become natural movements that you can perform instinctively.
So can anyone join in?
